Accessibility Statement
Mituv Technologies is committed to making this site usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, a keyboard alone, or at a magnification the design was not drawn for.
Conformance
- Israeli Standard 5568 part 1, at level AA — the standard named by Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adaptations for Service) Regulations, 5773-2013. The standard adopts the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
- The site conforms at level AA. Conformance was measured against the production build in a real browser, in both the light and dark themes, rather than asserted.
- axe-core and Lighthouse across the whole page, plus manual measurement of the criteria no scanner covers: text contrast composited against the real background at every element, keyboard traversal and focus visibility, reflow at a 320-pixel viewport, text-spacing overrides, and target sizes.
What has been done
- Every page region is a landmark, so a screen reader can jump between the navigation, the main content and the footer.
- A skip link is the first thing the keyboard reaches, and it moves focus rather than only scrolling.
- Every interactive control is reachable and operable by keyboard, in the order it appears on screen, and shows a clearly visible focus outline.
- Text contrast meets the AA threshold in both themes. Decorative artwork is hidden from assistive technology so it is not announced.
- The page reflows to a 320-pixel viewport with no horizontal scrolling, and tolerates increased line, letter and word spacing without clipping.
- Animation is reduced or stopped for visitors whose system asks for reduced motion.
- Hebrew text inside the English page is marked as Hebrew, so a screen reader switches voice rather than reading it phonetically.
Known limits
We are not aware of any part of this site that fails the standard. The site is a small set of text pages with vector artwork — it carries no video, no audio, no forms and no downloadable documents, so the parts of the standard covering those do not currently apply. If you find something that does not work for you, it is a defect and we want to hear about it.
